No comment. Suitable and served a purpose
Too far from any shops or restaurants
Service was excellent and the front desk staff went out of their way to help us out on several things. Very nice grounds adjacent to hotel for birding which was our main reason for the trip.
Very good service for a great price and close to a nice forest. We'll be back!
It was very pleasant, and I am little beat upset that I spent in Hotel only one night.
Arround the hotel view is good and close Aeon
Breakfast is not good
Comfortable, large, clean rooms
No bar/lounge for relaxing
Large Room with armchair, shuttle bus to airport runs on time and is convenient.
Shuttle bus to city only once per hour and always packed, Hotel is too far away to walk, so if you want to eat something in the city you might have to wait quite a long time for the bus, no Free Internet (standard in Japan)
Proximity to airport & friendly, helpful staff.
No swimming pool
The hotel is very convenient when you have to be on a flight at narita early in the morning (free airport shuttle). When we were there prices for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner were much reduced (30 %). We appreciated this very much.
Larger than average size rooms for Japan
Slightly dated decor and restricted catering options
Convenience, nice relaxing music in room, helpful staff.
It would be helpful if the room service menu had photos to indicate what the meal sizes are, we ordered a pizza and were quite disappointed when it arrived as it was very small and we would have gone to the restaurant instead if we had known how small the pizza was.
Good for the airport, restaurant all you can eat buffet was quite good if you were craving western food after a long holiday. Comfortable quiet rooms.
One of the male restaurant staff was very unfriendly to us, I don't know why.
Good facilities, free airport shuttle, pleasant breakfast setting, good food, everything I needed for an overnight for my transfer flight.
Hotel was convenient for the airport and for the village of Narita with the benefit of a free courtesy bus that took you to either the shopping mall, the village (for the temples) and to/from the airport. Hotel was mainly used by airline staff but great location, nice size room, added bonus of the gym and jacuzzi free to all guests, all for under £50 per night. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Tokyo.
Large selection of poor quality food at the breakfast buffet. Kitchen closes early - no restauant food available after 9pm. No bar/lounge. Lan/wlan not free like most other hotels in Japan.
